UNESCO - Amiens Cathedral, France



Amiens is a town in northern France counting ca 136 000 people. Its most notable site is The Cathedral Of Our Lady Of Amiens, the tallest complete cathedral in France reaching the hight of 42.3 meters. (only the incomplete Beauvais cathedral surpasses it with 4.9m)
Amiens cathedral is renowned for the early 13th century gothic sculpture inside and a large quantity of polychrome sculpture from later periods. In 1981 it was listed as whs unesco site.

Thanks to isacle who went on holiday there and opened a group in vacation RR :)
