Nebula NGC 6302

A nebula is is an interstellar cloud of dust, hydrogen, helium and other ionized gases. NGC 6302, also called  Butterfly Nebula, is a bipolar planetary nebula in the constellation Scorpius. The structure in the nebula is among the most complex ever observed in planetary nebulae.

  2. the universe is amazing isnt it..?! this was sent from poland, but am quite sure the postcard was printed somewhere else
