A Mysterious Portrait Of A Maiko



Vivid crimson lips and white make-up are the trademarks
of the stylized beauty of a maiko, captured in detail
as she prepares to perform a Shinto offertory dance during
Gion Matsuri.

Its (relatively) been a while since I posted a card from Japan! I thank haniwa for this beauty and the coolest map stamp.<3>
